How do I personalize my product?

How long does delivery take?
Creating a personalized product can take up to 2 business days. As for delivery, it may 7-8 days which means that within a total of 10 days, your package should arrive.
Can my product be refunded?
As you create a personal product, it is not possible to refund a product. The shirt or sweater cannot be used after it has been used for printing a personal product.
What size should the uploaded image be?
The image that you use, should be big enough so that it won't be vague on the end product. Usually when a photo is taken from an iPhone, the quality is okay (if not zoomed in).
What kind of picture can I use to personalize?
We recommend to use a sharp picture, taken in day light (or at least with enough backlight). Due to the print method we use, dark images might be not smart. Therefore we recommend to use a sharp, light image with no distortion.

Which print method is being used?
Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. This is the equivalent to digital printing for paper and it's ideal for printing on-demand on cotton.
What are the benefits of Print On Demand?

How and when do I get billed?
A payment must be completed in order for an order to be executed. Meaning; instant billing. That way we can immediately start your order.
Can I see the progress of my order?
Simple answer is yes. You can see when a product is being fulfilled and when it is shipped. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number.
Where do you ship to?
We focus on the United States, but that doesn't mean we can't ship to other countries.
